We also have a covered deck in the backyard that's perfect for shade and shelter from a passing rain shower. Sleeping up to 16, our place is versatile with the following sleeping arrangements: 2 king beds 2 twin xl beds 2 full beds 2 bunk beds (4 twin beds total) with a bonus trundle bed if you need it. The couch in the lower level converts to a sleeper sofa as well. All mattresses are brand new and have varying firmness so that you can find your perfect match! Sunset Lake is a spring-fed freshwater lake perfect for swimming and fishing. There are little to no weeds in the water and the beach is composed of pristine "sugar sand." We provide two kayaks, life jackets, various beach toys, including sand toys for the little ones, and much more! Rinse off with WARM water shower right on the back patio. Don't forget about our premium massage chair with optional heat and a calming view of the lake. All the 4k TVs in the house are brand new with soundbars (2 - 55", 1 - 65", 1-75"). Finally, the front patio is a peaceful and quiet place to enjoy your morning coffee with an unbelievable view of northern pine trees. *Booking guest must be age 25 or older.
